Revelstoke – a kiss in the wind

Italian filmmaker Nicola Moruzzi explores the meaning of home, family and community that resonates across continents and generations. His great-grandfather was a railway construction worker in Revelstoke, B.C, sending money home to Italy, but died in an accident in 1915 before he could see his newborn daughter – Moruzzi’s grandmother. On his journey, Moruzzi meets the progeny of Italian immigrants who had known his great-grandfather, and also meets a community of young Italian immigrants.
